Astrohall ("Astrohall", "we", "us") operates the website astrohall.co and the Astrohall membership (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We care about your privacy and only collect what we need to give you a meaningful, personal experience.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and password.
• Birth details — your birth date, and optionally birth time and place. We use these solely to calculate your astrological chart.
• Content you create — journal entries, saved readings, preferences and messages to your AI guide.
• Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, browser and device type, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To build your birth chart and generate personalized readings and guidance.
• To create and secure your account and process your subscription.
• To improve the Service and measure the performance of our marketing.
• To communicate with you about your account, trial and reminders (you can opt out of marketing emails anytime).

Cookies & advertising

We use cookies and measurement tools including Google (Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and the Meta Pixel to understand how the Service is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized ads via your Google and Meta ad settings.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that protect your data: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), our AI provider (to generate readings), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). We never sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Passwords are stored hashed, and access to personal data is restricted. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@astrohall.co. We will respond within the time required by law.

International transfers

We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
